If you want to buy land or an existing house but you are not sure what you can do with it and its potential (and how much it will cost). We will provide a few design options, master planning concepts and some preliminary costings.

Architectural services until Planning Stage

If you want an architecturally designed and sustainable building and you have a builder that you fully trust that can take it from the town planning stage.

If you only want to make small, internal changes to your house. For example, a new kitchen, or a new bathroom.

Full Architectural Services

Depending on the location of your building, we are able to provide full architectural services. This includes a masterplan, sketch design, design development, documentation (technical drawings and coordination with consultants) and construction / contract administration.
